With a Master's degree in Finance, as well as professional experience in Private Banking, I have been able to leverage these specific technical skills to develop numerous sites and applications in this field.

I am also a specialist in education technologies, having created with Charles an e-learning platform that has become one of the major players in the market, and having subsequently been Director of Education Technologies for several years.

Graduated from the European School of Internet Professions, with a specialization in development, as well as training in several areas such as design, project management, management and business administration, I joined Esther and Le Collectif Web nine years ago.

Graduated from the École Normale Supérieure de Lettres and the ESSEC, Florence has built her career around her passion for writing. A writer and "pen" in business for 8 years, she first worked in an editorial communication agency (Little Stories) and then at a large consulting firm (Deloitte France), serving its partners and management.

She now supports different clients in putting their strategy into words, through a variety of formats: web pages, speeches, columns, annual reports, blog articles, or even portraits, a format she particularly enjoys.

With a Master of Science in Digital Communication Management and Strategy and four years of experience as a project manager in the creation and redesign of websites, I have acquired strong skills in the field of digital communication.

As a digital communication professional, I have expertise in the development of communication and navigation strategies, as well as in the design of interfaces that are in harmony with the strategy and the wishes of our clients. I am competent in visual creation, audiovisual editing, and the creation of advertising adapted to web and app formats.

In addition, my knowledge of digital accessibility allows me to understand and articulate the specific needs of people with disabilities. This enables me to coordinate stakeholders in the creation of features that meet these requirements.
